Refund policy

Scents By Ciara does not accept returned items. If there is an issue with your order, send a complaint via email to ciaraswax@gmail.com including photos of issue with product within 24 hours of order delivery. We will review complaint and proceed with either a replacement or store credit for our website based on our findings.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We will review your claim and determine if a refund/store credit to our website, or replacement is necessary.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or offered a store credit code to use on our website. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
